I've been a customer of that company for the last five years. I set up two technical start in Seattle. Edward and the team did some work for me at the first start-up last year. And since its second launch in 2013, I have maintained their law firm. The law firm has been engaged in fund-raising transactions from seed-to-A series for my entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have signed various contracts and worked with me on meetings, reports, and other things I don't remember now.

My first start-up was at a major law firm specializing in the start-up of Seattle. I was often disappointed with the quality of their work. Many of the legal contracts and documents that the law firm "prepared" for my company were filled with mistakes, and in the long run they were against me. The worst part is: I was an amateur entrepreneur with little knowledge of the law, so I relied on this big name law firm to protect my rights as a founder, but after a few years I realized the bad effect of legal work. And he got a very high, poor bill per hour, with little instruction, and concentrated on explaining why the documents they sent now were perfect. I've been a successful entrepreneur for 10 years, and today I've been very successful, but I can say that lawyers who don't care about the company's account have hardly received any legal instruction or poor work. We also pay a lot of money every year.

Edward teaches me a lot of business laws. He has always supported my company in every law. Edward and the team are very careful about our demands, very professional, and among the lawyers I've worked with, this law firm is doing a good job. Thanks to Mr. Edward and his excellent legal team, my company has increased many folds to cover more than 20 markets in the world and today is making a very high profit. Yes, his team will help me in some parts of the world. Some people don't speak English.

If you want to buy a recycling legal template that might be bad, go to the law firm, pay a high bill, throw a coin, and pray for some success. In other words, if you want to do a quality legal job correctly, Edward and his legal team are much safer and more valuable choices for you. If you're doing legal work, you can't fool around, and bad work can bite you just like I do. I know that Ed is behind, and now I can sleep much better.

Avoid it like Pest This company is listed to take out insurance for the Hyatt Legal Plan. Looking at my documents, I was prepared to hold hearings and prepare to testify on the oath within the scope of my plan, but they signed a contract to protect me and avoid the interview. To avoid negative aggression, I work with other companies.

I had an appointment with my lawyer during my working hours. I left the job early, arrived early at the company at the suggestion of the receptionist and filled out the documents. And when I waited half an hour after the appointment, I asked the receptionist why the lawyer had not seen me yet. He went into the back room, examined the lawyer's situation, and said that he had not made any business with his former client. I said, "No, thank you." I went out right away. They wasted my time and didn't apologize. And they will do the same to you. Don't waste time with this bunch.

I do not recommend this company. Over the last five years I have started working with several lawyers, but they have succeeded, but they have changed, and I have not treated me as a small customer. They may have had problems with the staff who may have caused some problems, but the principle did not acknowledge my concern and did not take appropriate action to ensure this review. My interests are documented and supported by email. Behind this is said to have experienced cities, governments, and procedures, so I have detained them for the appeal of the property tax. I'm unemployed and I've been working on two lawyers, so I think I caused a problem.

First of all, they did not often respond to basic work.  Some people say that they were out of the office because they had to cancel their schedule and wait for the phone or because they had to receive the phone. duplicate). I had to call again and again and send emails. Two or three times, I received an email the day before. When I brought up this problem, my wife and I were accused when there was a clear email indicating that they had fallen.  When the meeting schedule was transferred, I answered the answering machine and went out, but the other party did not know anything and appeared.  Edward's office was clearly misleading and, instead of correcting it, he complained how difficult it was for the staff to arrive at the time of responsibility. We were told to help them more and less important to the questions we didn't know our answers before they answered the email they asked in a day and a few weeks.  We've been scheduling and forwarding emails for a while, but they didn't admit their mistakes.  No accountability. Instead, they threatened to quit their representative saying that our working relationship was bad. Because they are not meeting their own commitments and I did it in the most friendly and constructive way.  In addressing legal issues, I received an emotional response from Mantel, who was not professional. The lawyer was later transferred to the East Coast office.  At first, the settlement talks were very deeply involved, but it is highly likely that the most appropriate negotiations were held with one attorney, not two. In general, everything was great at first, but the company stopped its top position. Perhaps it was because I left the company that I received a fixed fee and transferred to two or three Paralegals. I was unable to meet the deadline for the interrogation, and I had to get on time to provide the answers and discovery information, and come back to the office with another parallel legal, assemble it, and find that nobody was watching until it expired, and then jump out of the door. I tried to schedule the suit for months, and finally was given one, and then when it was too late, when the lawyer had enough time, when he could not accept the suit, accepted it. After all, I had to talk directly with the other lawyer and tell him a part of the information I had provided, so I had to do most of my work and organize the data. Her reaction was very good and we agreed to the settlement, but he pointed out that my support was not clear and very poor offer, although I did not modify the document like any other lawyer or lawyer I worked with or opposed.  One of the last emails he wrote to his defense counsel was how he has not represented me since 2013. because they offered long-term reconciliation.  I offered to cover all the additional work to include the property tax for other years, so the city wanted to do the same. It was a pity that he focused more on taking responsibility away from words and numbers in his email.  Two months later, still waiting for funds, so we are not being tracked.

In short, I felt sorry about this matter because of the deficiencies that have adversely affected both my billing and my billing.  The office is not running smoothly, so it is not recommended for small or large cases.

I have forced Mr. Edward Chung's customer for a year.  He is not only an excellent lawyer, but also a very kind person.  I was a customer of "small potatoes" in his law firm, and he and his staff cherished me and gave me confidence in my case.  He and his staff are all wonderful, gentle and professional.  I recommend it.
