Especialities

Seattle DUI attorney has nearly 20 years of experience representing those accused of DUI crimes in the Seattle Earth. As a former DUI Prosecutor, he was recognized as a field leader with a very customer rating.

I'm concentrating on representing "driving under the influence" (DUI) and other alcohol-related driving suspects within a wider range of paget sound.  My office is in Seattle, King County Court, Seattle, Kirkland,   I have a lot of experience in the District Court in Bellevue and Redmond. He also represents customers across Pierce and Snohomish counties.

Avoid this man.
He will sell you to DA. Just to bring you to a settlement. He first says that the price is low and strong, and then after paying him an outrageous fee (1.5 times the other DUI Ati), he urges him to accept a small bill.
The only strategy is to delay the proceedings repeatedly (abandonment immediately before the trial), as the witness (such as the arrested police officer) is no longer visible. As a result, the courts will have to deal with the problem in two to three times the length of the case. Probation officers, drug abuse/dependence & amp; psychological assessment (preferably he will not use it for your benefit), suspension licenses, excessive fines & amp; court costs, etc. all are increasing your total cost.)

I had a very low BAC (0.0095/.01) in an accident or other unmitigated situation with respect to the arrest. I didn't use my turn signal - the right light bulb went out...After 11:00 p.m., only the car on the road was dry - but eventually forced me to agree to the appeal (he didn't tell me in advance, but just before the trial concluded a contract in front of me and said that it was best for me to take an amplifier. If you don't accept it, you'll be punished by imprisonment.) - You've been sentenced to a worse judgment than repeating a BAC offense with a public lawyer. I draw out the difficult judge, and the judge clearly dislikes me! Yes. So, if you draw a judge who seems to be personally unfond of him, shouldn't you force him to change his jurisdiction by prejudice? The same excuse was used because DA did not make a better claim to me. "I'll have to work with this man," he said. He was more concerned about how he would work in this case and in the trial, than giving me fair results in future cases.
