Joyce Schwensen gave us a full account of her habits before we became her client. Since we were not familiar with all legality, she spent a lot of time taking the steps necessary to complete a large adoption. That alone, I was sure she would devote herself to helping our purpose. Of course we were right, and Joyce was there all the time. Even after a little mess, she found a way to go. She miraculously brought everything to court, we were on the way. I will definitely contact you in the hope that I will be able to help you in the future. Joyce, thanks!

Joyce was wonderful!  Why are other negative reviews here...  I was selling my business, so I needed "Buy Business Assets & Amplifier;". The sales contract was created and she did it quickly & covered everything I needed to do  I found the necessary changes a couple of times (no significant changes)& I asked her to send me the documents I could update  She sent me one.  She went to school and learned all this. Not having any clues, I thanked her for her help.  Oh, it was a little expensive (don't you think so with legal advice), but it was worth it to me because I didn't have to worry if I did it right.  Thanks, Joyce!

It's the most horrible experience with a lawyer! She was employed to write an Ezement. She charged $2,000 and said that the King County Records Office did not accept it and wrote it incorrectly. I told her what the county said. She said it was natural for the county to do it and it would probably cost $1,000 to finish the work. I don't pay for her mistake. After that, I started her research and found a bad reputation. I should've studied her before I hired her. I will report her to the Better Business Bureau and take legal action against her. I paid for the work that she didn't finish. She was not very professional and was wasting time and money.

Joyce was a great man to work with. She made the whole process very easy to understand and the process was seamless.

Considering how negative this essay is, she doesn't know how to find it. A few years ago, I worked together without any problems, but this time I had a big problem that was completely unacceptable with respect to response efficiency, fee communication, and basic job attitude.

Originally, the hourly rate of shopping at home has changed. I think she said by telephone that the fare would be $1,900. When we actually signed the contract, it was $2,100, higher than what she originally said.

I first contacted Joyce and signed a contract to buy the house at 11/1/2017. The seller was able to sign up until 12/14/2017. Some were caused by a seller's delay, but most of the delay seems to have been avoided. In particular, Joyce completely missed the email I sent in late November. My seller had to reach out to me and ask if he and his lawyer would come back from us. Eleven days after I sent that email, I had to get in touch with Joyce. I didn't like to feel that I needed to make a P&A agreement to pay a lot of money to write a P&A agreement. Since I was out of Tokyo at the time of signing the contract, I thought that I would not have to rely on the sale of my previous house in the middle of the transaction, and the seller, the seller, the buyer and the buyer were very inconvenient. My 50/50 properties. I called Joyce for an hour and contacted him quickly because I couldn't fully understand part of the agreement to "teach". I was 15 minutes late for the phone where I was taking a break, and the "secretary" on the company phone didn't tell me what was happening to her business calendar. He was asked if he would like to make a contract for the accommodation, and explained it in detail.

When the transaction was closed, I would like to apply it to this meeting and sent an email reply to the co-tenant email. As a non-lawyer, it was not clear to me that these items did not fall under the existing flat rate contract, and I was very worried that it would happen again when I had to work with her later. So I sent her the following email.

" You pay the amount requested, but services that charge additional fees require written consent before they are offered. In particular, I do not agree to any charges associated with any future responses you may make to this or existing thread. I know I'll get the rewards of time and expertise, but I'll pay to know the order, especially by sending emails and trying to capture my feelings."

If you like my way of speaking, it's the most personal response I've ever experienced. Here are some partially modified text due to overlapping character restrictions. [My Comments]

"Your little malicious text made me very angry. The contract with me is clear and criticism is not good enough.

My job is to earn $300 per hour other than a flat rate. You requested a conference call between me and Benjamin, but did not tell you the purpose of the conference call. [This explanation is wrong] Perhaps you should have blocked your story at the beginning of the meeting to remind us of the terms of our contract. [my friend told me that it was normal for a lawyer to make a definite time outside his contract.] However, it is obviously not my responsibility to ask if I remember the terms of the contract when I answer by phone or email. [From what I can say, yes]
...
I have invited you to discuss your claim in the email about your marriage or your local property. I was able to choose the appropriate response. You obviously chose a different path.

If you want me to pay for the legal advice I receive, then it's your choice. But it's too short to come to work and I can't meet the malicious email I received from you today. So, after today's or Monday's trade, we don't offer any more legal services."

I was only consulted by Joyce Schwensen. She was such an amateur that I decided not to employ her. She used my precious consulting time to talk about her family. Joyce Schwensen misinterpreted me during the first consultation, deceived me, and took my money from my account when I was not even out as my lawyer. I didn't sign or contract to hire her. She did her work anyway without contacting me. The reason she gave me was because there was a family problem that needed to pay attention to her. She threw me into great confusion. When I tried to solve her problem, she didn't reply to my email at all. What a lesson to learn! A good lawyer will save you time and effort. We hope this review will help you save you from future disasters.

A terrible experience with this woman. She sent an email to her to identify our situation, and she tried to ask a person with knowledge without revealing any special information about our case. In particular, she said she could not guarantee positive or negative results. If you want more information, you need to consult with them for at least $280 an hour. We were desperate, so we bit the bullet and went to get it. Although she was unable to gather any new information on the consultation, her opinion was intense: "It doesn't work." Really? Can't you say it by email? !?To make matters worse, the meeting set two weeks ago was not ready at all. "I can't remember it now, but I can look it up later..." I'm sorry, but if you're going to charge so many people, you should open the book properly before the person comes. In particular, if you know everything about the discussion. It's terrible, terrible, and not professional. I have a bad name for her, but let her use your imagination. Worst of all, she raised our hopes and for two weeks we thought there was a solution.
