The HOA board encountered a problem ignoring a specific member request. I contacted the Brandt Law Group and explained the situation. During the free consultation, Mr. Brandt explained that this law applies to member requests and that the standard process requires the Committee to comply.

I have given the committee time to answer according to his advice. I left the company behind in writing. Without a response from the HOA board of directors, I decided to proceed with the lawsuit. I was very satisfied with the explanation of the process and felt that it was open through their communication.

The lawsuit is never a fun situation. Throughout the process, Mr. Brandt, Mr. Sarah and Mr. Molly gave me information and always answered my questions. My situation ended before the judge. Before the hearing, Mr. Brandt spent time explaining the court procedures and what to expect from the judge. He was all set and always engaged in professional work. After all, my position was decided before I became a member. He followed this matter and went through the Board of Members to ensure that my request was met and that both sides accepted the agreement.

I strongly recommend this company!

About four months ago, I and my business partner hired Michael Brandt, and at that time I explained the situation in the previous lease. After a very long and detailed explanation, he believed that he understood our case. for he agreed to receive it.

The first red flag is the time when you pay your servants. Mr. Brandt quoted an amount and changed the dollar amount after the agreement.

2 After a day, the second red flag sent me another email asking for an explanation.

3 The red flag of the red flag shows me and Mr. Brandt in detail, but after nearly a month, it still looks like we don't know anything about our incident, so it shows me physically which pictures I showed him.

4's red flag met Mr. Brandt and said, "I haven't read all the cases yet." I was furious at this, and I was already looking for a new lawyer. I didn't need to teach my lawyer how to work, but Michael Brandt is the worst lawyer I've ever met.

I will report him to the State Committee and ask for the compensation of my retainers. I think he is not used to breaking the law against himself. Avoid him if you can.

I found a good lawyer in contract. He did everything Michael Brandt had insisted on not spending $10,000. I asked him to find an appraiser to help me figure out the amount of money I lost in the legal dispute. He claimed that he could only find one from East Washington. The new lawyer found a lawyer who accounted for most of the price of Bellevue.

The new lawyer also found several mistakes in the answers to the findings that Michael Brandt has filed for us. Was this man employed by us?

We will soon win our case. I am glad to know that we are not "impossible" as Michael Brandt says. If he had finished his work, or had appealed to the law for the right reason, he would have won the case instead of becoming rich. But he evidently does not like what he does, about his client, about his reputation.

This was the first time Michael Brandt had a complete advantage.  Before closing my house, I had a dispute with my fellow bank, who could not reveal the details of the special evaluation properly.  We hired Michael on the basis of his niche expertise on condominium trading.  After explaining our situation, he said he would help us.  They fought for $30,000 in damages.

8 months and nearly $23,000 later, we were still in the "discovery".  I asked Michael, "This takes time," he gave me the same BS as a lawyer, "We need to do what we need to do to help us."  "I'm fighting for $30,000, but I'm fighting for $300,000, and the approach is the same."  In short, as a lawyer to impose a billable time, he deliberately dragged us out of the way of mediation and we into the way of jurors ... He didn't need it  He did it without discussing our options.  No, he explained that he must do it now.  This approach is not the same; the strategy changes according to the situation. The situation is unique.

I know the lawyer's cost.  Brandt is not the most expensive lawyer in the world.  But he is not the cheapest lawyer in the world.  But what I learned was that he lacked moral integrity.  Really.  It's no problem that he uses our situation, threatens us, pays an outrageous fee (in this case, he continues to make timely payments), and outstrips us.  Basically, it was a final message saying, "If it is too high, go away."  Well, if anything came up in front of the potential cost, I wouldn't have hired him.  When I consulted with another lawyer and explained the matter to Michael, I had never had such sympathy from another lawyer.  They honestly recommended him to file a legal malpractice suit. No judge saw his work, and they claimed "reasonable legal fees".

I recommend you to check his bill.  very carefully.  Items, including "What in Email," "Reviewed Email," and "Called To," are very thick and very fast stacked.  I don't accept the answers to "Let's do the job" and "We have to do the job."  It's a way to keep you away from you while he continues to do (not audited) work.

Finally, if you have read so far, I will conclude by saying that after paying Michael nearly 52KB, I have switched my lawyer to this case for nearly 13 months.  The newly hired lawyer was on his head and shoulders above Michael, and I think he had wasted his life for a year.  We also solved the case. My family was relieved after the emotional and economic burden of this incident.  So I don't write a bad review of Yelp. I am bitter because I lost our case or spent money.  I wrote this review because I was able to compare two different lawyers side by side. Before you sign a paid contract with the Brandt Row Group, you must conduct a survey.  If working with honest people is important, learn from our experience with Michael and find another lawyer who clearly explains things and clearly shows your choices (and advises on the basis of your best interests).

Michael Brandt introduced me to some of the relationships between the two different apartments.  He provides me with excellent legal representation and quick results.  One incident had something to do with the members of the other apartments, and I claimed my garage was theirs.  Within a week, the problem was resolved in our favor.  There was also a relationship between a neighbor who did not clean up after the dog and HOA who did not repair it.  HOA said that despite their accession, they would not be involved in neighboring disputes.  Michel not only helped HOA go forward, but also solved the problems with the neighbors.  I will continue to use Michael to suit my legal needs.

There was nothing more to thank Michael and his team for working in the Brandt Row Group. They helped me and my family navigate and solved the contract dispute with the Landlord Association. Finally, thanks to Michael's expertise, we had an advantage. He was very professional, fast in making decisions and recorded the results. For those who need legal assistance, we will definitely recommend the Brandt Legal Group. Thank you again! !

Our experience at the Brandt Law Group was very positive. Michael listened attentively to what we had to say, reviewed all the necessary papers, quickly wrote out a carefully written and polite letter, and quickly solved the problem. Michael, Sarah and Molly behaved professionally and treated us with respect. I strongly recommend the Brandt Law Group.

What a cunning fellow! After a problem with the Board of Directors in the new apartment, I contacted this lawyer and he wrote to them and agreed to set a starting price of $800. He has never received my 800-dollar letter, received an unacceptable unedited letter I edited, and he appealed to me as he added grammar and obvious corrections of mistakes. It was an ongoing scam that I had never received what I could use. After all, I decided to solve it myself and let go of $800. It was a hassle, but he charged me more money and refused to pay more if he didn't deliver it, so he sent it directly to the recall. No matter what...Find another person! I don't want to work with this person. He promises that he will not do it, then pushes it back and demands that he do what he has to pay, and he will retaliate aggressively. This is why these people are not well spoken of by lawyers. If possible, a negative star will appear. I am out of patience.

My wife and I hired a legal group of Brandt to help us sell our house with lease options. We have never sold real estate in this way, and there has been a unique situation with potential buyers. After negotiating the property price, we contacted the Brandt Legal Group. We created a trading contract that immediately customized the lease and enabled smooth trading. We saved thousands of dollars in real estate costs. The Brandt Law Group responded to and responded to any concerns. I strongly recommend them.

After spending thousands of commissions with his retainers at the rate of $310 per hour, I decided to end my service with him.

There are three problems with the Brand Act group, the reason for giving two stars.

1。 I have never seen his case work charged with the wages of his employees. You were always charged at the lawyer's fee.

2.  Mr. Brandt sent me emails almost every time I received a letter from the opposition council, such as:  For me, it is better not to take the time to get started, not the latest projects. How do I proceed with

(with the opposite meeting statement)?

3  Mr. Brandt says on his website "aggressive Seattle real estate lawyer" but I think it is not accurate to write this document in detail and carefully and hire him at the beginning of the case, mainly because he says this.

Mr. Brandt gave me a short talk over the phone for free.  Thank you!

Recently I had to get a fortune in trust and was helped by this group of gentlemen. If you are quick, efficient, and know what you have, it is recommended that anyone immediately invest in real estate or purchase to use the service.
