On June 11th, Seattle police detectives from the Homicide Unit and the US Marshalls Task Force […] Seattle police have arrested a 17-year-old male linked to a homicide on May 25th, where a 29 year old man was shot to death near the intersection of Occidental Avenue South and Yesler Way. The suspect was arrested on June 11th and booked into the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children & Family Justice Center, King County’s youth detention facility, for investigation of murder. The shooting occurred around 11:15 p.m. Saturday night in Pioneer Square. Despite life-saving efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting to determine what led up to the shooting and identify any suspects.

Seattle police have arrested a 17-year-old male linked to a homicide from May 25th.
A 29-year-old man was shot to death around 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of Occidental Avenue South and Yesler Way.
On June 11th, Seattle police detectives from the Homicide Unit and the US Marshalls Task Force arrested the suspect.
He was booked into the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children & Family Justice Center, King County’s youth detention facility, for investigation of murder.
Detectives are investigating a shooting that left one man deceased in Pioneer Square Saturday night.
Around 11:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male shot near the intersection of Occidental Avenue South and Yesler Way.
Officers and Seattle Fire Department personnel arrived and located a male unresponsive in the lower level of the Sinking Ship garage. Despite all life-saving efforts the male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Officers cordoned off the area until homicide detectives and the Crime Scene Investigation Unit arrived.
Police are working to determine the exact circumstances that led up to the shooting and identify any suspects. The Homicide unit will be leading the investigation.
