My family contacted this law firm twice. Once for the case of asbestos for my stepfather. After weeks of collecting and submitting documents to a person named Rob and spending time on phone interviews with an 88-year-old veteran and the company's receptionist, they were told they would not represent our claim. No specific answer was given. The next lawyer explained that the bill was between $25,000 and $40,000, which is not worthy of Schroeter Goldmark Bender's time and effort. They advertise that they are there for help. They come to help only if they can work in a little time and effort and pay large.

I was called back to this company for Social Security Disability Claim. My doctor looked at me. I had a three-degree heart attack, and my feet were amputated in severe arthritis, axon sensory neuropathy, coronary artery disease, and crippled right leg. Yesterday, I was called on the answering machine and after several weeks of discussions with my lawyer, the company told me that my claim would not represent me.  The reason was not explained, and there was no introduction to other companies. When I called today, I said that I had worked part-time as a self-employed management consultant (to survive) for the last date on the social security system, and that it took me too long to work for the company. If they don't know what they need to accept your claim, they may spend a lot of time and energy and not receive any representation.
