Craig Pratt and Mimi Buescher have worked together since the 1980s. They met when Craig was teaching one of the public defender classes in Seattle. After working for the Saipan Prosecutor's Office of CNMI, he founded the Craig Pratt and Associates Company in Coupeville in 1990 and initially served the citizens of the island and San Juan County.
