Otto Capital was founded by David M. Otto in October 2008. Otto Capital will evaluate and build a variety of business initiatives to provide and secure private capital, venture capital, capital, and debt financing for emerging and developing companies. Otto Capital provides the following capital markets and corporate trade services and advice: Venture capitals: Debt and/or equity loans to start-up and early-up companies This type of financing is designed to help private and public companies develop products and launch early stages. Debt Loan: A bond loan with a "secured" function that usually exceeds market interest rates in the first position. The debt is often combined with stock, options and warrants, or both. Private capital: Stock and debt investments in private and public companies that help companies achieve specific strategic growth goals.
David M. Otto has extensive experience in corporate law and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public and private securities services, and private finance. His strength is to create a business, identify transactions, build, end, develop financial and operational analysis, and provide strategic vision and project leadership. He has worked to raise and negotiate financial, joint venture, securities, compliance, and corporate financing at various development stages, to develop and implement strategic plans for entrepreneurs, founders and newly-grown companies in various industries, and has achieved significant results.
