Naples was chosen from these political parties as a father-son "reunification" counselor. She was not at all professional and could hardly reach out. Neither phone nor email was returned, and was not in the office when the meeting was literally agreed. She was absent from the meeting and made no effort to book a new meeting in a reasonable time.
It is a great pity that the court and the other lawyer will have a letter of recommendation. Now, it is clear to us why the opposition's advice suggested her. Naples was more interested in making the lawyer happy, so that he could get a second introduction, than dealing with the real problem between father and son. She wrote a written opinion to the court, and then looked it up.
Our advice is very irritating and expensive (because we did not answer any billing or accounting questions) and will not choose Naples, except for those who have non-professional experience.
