I knew it was necessary to claim bankruptcy, but I didn't want to hire a lawyer. I got a free legal hospital and a book I bought, and I thought I would file it myself. You thought you just had to fill out a few documents? No! I had many things to do, and I had put off my application, but the next thing I learned was that one of my creditors brought it to the court to make a judgment to raise my salary. On line, I looked for a lawyer that I didn't think was an 'ambulance tracker' for bankruptcy. I'm an Eliper, but I think many lawyers have been reviewed about Avvo and found AMD Law.
I'm glad I found Tony! When I went to comfort on July 24, I was really in trouble. By the time I left the company, I knew everything was all right! She is very capable and knows most players and ropes in this bankruptcy game. She knew a lawyer to take me to the court and called him directly to let him know that she represented me.
AMD Law explained in step-by-step instructions what to provide, what to do, and what resources to do. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly people. AMD submitted the decision by August 8, and the decision on August 9 was canceled due to concerns about the hearing. Say it's heavier!
I don't want to return to this situation again, but if so, I'll go straight to AMD law!

He is the worst lawyer in history. I have no interest in the army. The staff were argumentative, and she spoke to me once and finally quit. Ha...... Exit

Tony attracted me with my loan change and began the process of pawning at home, so he took on one of the big banks and filed a lawsuit for me. I was moved by Tony's persistence and helped to save my house. She worked so hard that she was given an injunction to stop the seizure.
The bank was represented by a major law firm, but Tony was not threatened, and in fact she stepped forward and refused to compromise on the small problem that had fought hard for more than two years in my complex problem. She was able to identify and demonstrate that bank policies and practices could harm the average person. While her company is small, she fights very hard. I think she is a strong supporter of customers because she pays attention to the details. Tony is trying to reassure his customers through each stage of the lawsuit.
I was glad to know that even a little man could win against a seemingly invincible large bank.
