I wish I had employed Alex Higgins years ago. Instead, I hired a more expensive lawyer at another law firm, but my case was handed over to a young lawyer who was inexperienced, indifferent, and arrogant. When I met this junior lawyer, he boasted that he was going to graduate from the top in the class and be tried by the Supreme Court. I felt cynical about the high performance of LSAT, but I don't need a long answer. I calculated silently how much I would be charged for a one-sided conversation that had nothing to do with me or myself, so I nodded my head with a smile and said, "Impressive." However, at least it wasn't for me. After spending about a year and a half and 20K, I was told that my case was weak and that company was no longer my representative. I clenched my teeth to get better and went back to work. They didn't know.
I did another Google search and found Alex Higgins. I read a five-star review and decided to contact him. I was really happy.
My first impression: Alex is tall and looks terrible. It was a long, complicated and embarrassing story, and I was a little scared to explain the situation. Alex didn't recognize me. He listened patiently. When I wander uneasily, he politely interferes with me and asks for an explanation. And on my behalf, he told my husband and me what will happen in the future.
My husband and I are delighted and grateful for the results Alex has obtained for us. I left an extremely unhealthy and harmful working environment with satisfactory reconciliation and dignity.
Alex is obviously intelligent, but not just his specialty. He reads people and situations very well. In the most emotional and painful days of our life, Alex made me laugh and my husband reassured me. I sincerely believe that Alex had the best interests in his mind. I believed his judgment completely. He seems to be very concerned about helping people and doing the best for his customers. As other people have said, Alex will respond quickly to phone calls and emails, and will speak honestly without answering back.
Alex Higgins is certainly an ally if you have to go to arbitration, arbitration, or trial. I don't think we need to hire another lawyer again, but if we are hired, we won't waste time talking to other law firms. If Alex Higgins accepts your case, Alex Higgins will represent you. When I write this review, I think of two quotes. The first is that we have been listening to books since we were children. The first is that we should not judge books by cover. The second is the quotation that I cherish. "His achievements are those of the men in the arena."

The man looks like a warrior. He can talk in clothes, but I don't know whether he can fight until he sees him in the arena. You don't need a fashion model to hire a lawyer. You need someone who can stand on stage with confidence and accomplish your job. The fashion model didn't last long.

After spending a lot of cash and experiencing six lawyers who were not brave or confident, my wife and I met Alex Higgins. He told us from the front what we can and can't do. It's not music in our ears, but it was exhilarating to hear something we could do. The only thing that gave us hope when we heard there was something to do was to testify to how subtly we had said. Alex took us into the mediation process. Until then, we couldn't even go there, but Alex took us there.

It was the process of mediation that I saw Alex. For a moment in zazen I thought I had lost everything. Alex looked at us and asked us to prove we can't. I saw the conciliator agree without this important point. The case was hardly a chance. Alex is moving from a gender discrimination lawsuit to an ADA lawsuit. I was looking at the mediator, but Alex put his idea out loud. The mediator twisted his chair forward and said, "Perhaps it will work." I learned by her body language that the game changed. No doubt she returned to the other side and said "Ah!"

At the end of the day Alex delivered what he said. My wife and I were free to maintain dignity and finally bore four years of hatred. We can't express in words our appreciation and satisfaction for Alex's work. We recommend Alex to anyone who needs legal representation on family, friends and employment issues at all times.

Peace of mind

Meetings with internal human resources can be a terrible experience.  I turned to Alex when my workplace behavior triggered my concern about the safety of my workplace. Alex quickly returned my message, made time to fit the schedule, and taught me my legal rights and options. I was relieved to know that Alex was an expert in employment law. Alex advised me when he was falsely charged for sexual harassment. He gave excellent support and guidance through the process. He also represented me in further lawsuits by the plaintiff. I didn't use Alex's service after all, but he answered my inquiry the next day. Last year, with a non-binding, essentially invalid, non-competitive agreement, when my ex-employer brought a lawsuit against me, I asked Alex to represent me. Alex dropped all the suits after he represented me in court. He was a very wonderful resource for me in the whole process. Alex, who helped me with the recent employment contract, was really good.

Of the six companies that I met in Seattle, he was the fastest and easiest to do. All the other companies wanted my home address and personal information, so they didn't even get paid by the hour.

Alex has identified specific concerns that I can walk around confusing areas and renegotiate about competition and dismissal.

I can say I've got all that I want, and I didn't even know what Alex wanted. I will definitely go to him again for the next job.

I went to Alex when my employer decided to break my employment contract.  He sold 40 minutes for $395, during which he reviewed the contract and advised me.  He read the contract, evaluated it, proposed how to approach the negotiation and the points of negotiation.  I'm getting out of negotiations with everything I want and I think some of the good results are thanks to Alex's advice and advice.  Thanks to Alex, I was able to work flexibly and escape from what I had to talk about in contract terms and really.  His advice was well worth money.  I don't think he will need it again, but I will use it unconditionally whenever a problem arises in the future.

Because all the aspects of working with Alex were great, it's hard to know where to start getting feedback about Alex.  For example, the reply to his first email began with a statement of beautiful and empathetic understanding, and helped me to know right away that I found my man.  

Unfortunately, I had to date many lawyers (not my choice). Alex makes nothing of his experience. He is a great man.  He is very knowledgeable, professional, well-balanced, courteous, communication, direct, honest, open, kind & be familiar with It is compassionate (IMO is a rare nature for lawyers) and responds very sensitively through the process.  I learned a lot from working with Alex.  The dialog was a collaboration and knowledge transfer helped me navigate my situation very well.  Since I was in a terrible workplace, from the first day Alex opened up various paths that could be taken based on my situation.  One time I was very upset and very tired.  In the most compassionate and kind way, keeping the balance between knowledge and expertise, Alex suggested me the next step in a way that would not only help legal works but also emotionally.  He never judged, it was just support.  I used to joke with him, but I felt he had to play two roles: a lawyer and a therapist.  He really cares and it shows.  He listens and advises you on countless facts, taking into account legal points and your happiness, and helping you to guide the best solution.  In the process, I thought I would never succeed through the challenge.  He supported and supported my anchor.  At the end of my case, his teaching of choice and his repeated statements of "doing the best for me" gave me the power to move to the "goal in" in a way that would suit my situation.  He was able to exceed the goals we set and took weeks to understand what happened to me while I didn't know. Because he didn't point it out.  The man is very humble.  I never had to make a decision, I always got good information. I felt that I could always ask questions and clarify when something happened, overcoming really difficult situations.   I couldn't find a better representative.  I recommend Alex to many people, and of course I will say to those who need lawyers, without hesitation, to those who are experiencing employment problems.  He is every man who ought to be a good lawyer, and from his gratitude, he does not conform to the fixed idea of "lawyer" at all.   In a world full of messy, silly rumors, Alex is a hidden gem that brings order and clarity to the job challenges that need help.

Mr. Higgins is an excellent lawyer and I think I'm lucky to find him. There are many lawyers to choose in this area, but Higgins is excellent. While working at Amazon, I encountered the first difficult situation in my career and sought legal advice.  This is an unknown area for me, and I had no idea what a "right" type of lawyer was.  After I phoned the law firm, I immediately found out that Alex would be a great resource.  Not only did he immediately call again, but also showed unexpected compassion and instructed how to proceed with a variety of options.  After the meeting, I was relieved that such a knowledgeable, clear and patient person will guide me through the process.  Alex was an important element of my support system at a very difficult time in my career. I quit unfairly with large companies. I was very nervous and emotional at that time  and I did not even know that I had caused the affair.   Alex relaxed me  In the process, I've always turned my back to him, who is very honest and gave me all my legal choices to decide what is best for me and my family.
