Noah Davis received B.A. He won a soccer scholarship in political and psychological science at Central Arkansas University (UCA). After graduating from UCA in 1995, Noah went to Arkansas University Law School and graduated with honors in 1998. After a brief assignment as a law clerk at the Arkansas State Court of Appeal, Noah traveled to Australia to get a master's degree in international trade law at the University of Melbourne. While attending the University of Melbourne,
Noah traveled many parts of SE Asia and gave guest lectures at both the University of Melbourne and the University of Chulaloncone in Bangkok. In 2001, Noah worked on creating IN PACTA in 2001, and since then worked as compliance manager for the housing loan investment company, Treasury Funds Management Limited, in the year &A;nbsp;LL.M.2000, and returned to the United States in April 2001.
