The only legal aspect of WaLaw Realty is that it does not require any real estate agent work at all and only requires the help of a lawyer to inspect documents. It offers the same excellent service as WaLaw Realty and is much less expensive than conventional real estate agents.
In our case, we made a generous offer using Marc&Homes Law Group and reviewed the document, but it was as ForSaleBowanOwner (FOW). Marc reviewed, negotiated, and coordinated documents at reasonable fixed rates, resulting in tens of thousands of cost savings over the traditional percentage of list agents. I've been involved in a few real estate deals, but Mark was the most wonderful, aggressive, intelligent, and fun work I did with the representatives. I recommend Holmes Law Group (and WaLaw Realty) to anyone.
