Update: Dan Kalish made every effort to correct this with us. He spent time talking about our experience with the company. He spent two hours listening to us, not only to be right. I am very disappointed with the customer service we received from you. On May 16 and Wednesday, consultation is requested. After hearing the details of the incident, I plan to make a 15-20 minute phone call with a person to transfer to a lawyer on the same night. The woman who received our information was not very professional, suddenly came out on the phone with humility, and our mood was even worse. She said she would call the lawyer and discuss it within 72 hours. On May 29, 13 days later, we called back to check the status, and today we were told to receive a phone call with detailed information from our boss. My boss called and said he would not accept our case. There is no explanation of any consideration or consideration for our situation. We cannot introduce lawyers who are suitable for hiring such large employers, or suggest ways to maintain support. No, no. I don't think this case belongs to this company, but why do you let us wait 14 days and say we don't accept it? In particular, if the deadline for June 6 is very important, you must maintain the Council. The good news is that there is a manager of the union representative  And since the treatment I received by my important partner was unacceptable and illegal, some former supervisors have called up lawyers and introduced them to potential lawyers for this case since the union and the Personnel Department offered their support.  HKM was highly recommended in the Seattle region, and it was a pity that we were treated badly because we had a longer wait than they had. I don't recommend this company to anyone. In particular, those who are already under great stress are unfairly treated by their employers.

Customer service is bad. I called once, once, to receive an introduction of the Intertek expert who has withdrawn all my information. You will not receive a reply from your lawyer within 6 business days. Two weeks ago, I made a follow-up call, but nothing happened! No reaction! Don't waste your time. When you need help, the clock is ticking and even if this company wants to help you, you can't waste time.

In order to reconsider my concerns, I got an appointment with an accepting expert. I was sent an email and an email confirmation, and I took the time for the appointment. After talking to the person in charge, they said they would get a reply in a few days. Four days later, I called for a check in. There was no answer yet, and a week passed.

I had a hard time getting through the answering machine for HKM's job. But I was taught not how to deal with problems but how to deal with them. When I received a call from Mr. Kalish, I was very impressed by our conversation. I have forgotten the conversation that HKM is educated and prepared to put my interests first, rather than the interests of their company.

If you have time and patience to walk through their answer service, I highly recommend it.

I had a bad experience with this company because I couldn't get an answer service at first. However, the owner of Dan Kalish contacted me by email or phone, apologized in good faith and tackled this problem. Then he advised me on very urgent employment-related issues. Dan is very useful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

It is only when you are in a weak position, not looking for a lawyer every day. You look for people to trust and listen to and approach them as human rather than business transactions. I was disappointed to be across the suits with the 500 large Fortune companies.  Although Dan and HKM knew that their cases were solid, they walked around in a great way, communicated in plain language, and looked forward to every step of the way.  They were free to use for hours, day, night, and weekend, so I was able to rest assured and concentrate on my work and other important things.  Their "pointless" approach to looking for employees is refreshing, and is freely recommended to employers and those who face difficult employment situations.
