One night he was arrested on DUI and refused to be beaten.  I was the first to come into contact with the law more than 40 years ago.  The County Sheriff is very afraid, intimidating, not polite or professional.  They exaggerate and lie to annoy you.  I was evidently disturbed by the incident and didn't know what to expect.  I interviewed several lawyers and went with David O. David is a wonderful lawyer. I was prosecuted for three crimes I did not commit. The state seemed determined to make me pay for them. I followed his advice and took a while, but on the day when the trial was scheduled, the charges were finally withdrawn. I don't think you should use him again, but if I need a lawyer again, he will be my first call

David and his team are exceptional groups. At first I called another law firm, but just talking to the receptionist, I was completely out of order to get the phone back, and I kept changing the legal fees. Needless to say, I wanted to hire a lawyer who had no credibility and could not even speak. After that, I called David a few days before the DUI and the hearing on the charges of possession of minors. Even though my accusation was Saturday, David insisted that he could take someone. In my case, I was working with both David and Tim. They were both wonderful, listened to my story, and answered all my questions. He paid very flexibly. After all, if you ask for a delayed MIP, he could dismiss my DUI. If he was arrested and did not allow him to drink, he might have been fired. When I got the DUI, I was told by David and a common friend.  I found him very professional.  He had a very clear plan to fight my crime and gave me an overview of what I needed to make it happen.  After all, he could reduce my DUI to reckless driving and I had to pay a little fine.

David said that my DUI case was withdrawn after I submitted a motion to hide all the evidence on the grounds of illegal suspension.  The judge agreed after the oral argument in which both police officers appeared and were placed in the witness's seat. It was my first encounter with the law, and I was very surprised by the severe punishment and long-term results.  My case was difficult because the results of the BAC were more than twice as high and the prosecution did not report enough on the case. My motion was a complex legal question about the jurisdiction of the police who stopped the car first. David knows very well about legal discussions, appropriate strategies, how to navigate systems and identify opportunities. David was also most impressed by the plan and discussion of the motion. During this movement, David almost destroyed the evidence and legal arguments of the state and witness, presented unexpected objections and used the opportunity as much as possible. Not recommended. When I received my last payment, my partner (Annie) assigned to my case (regardless of correlation or cause) ignored the email or phone requesting information about my case and started working on my behalf. I have a lot of emails and emails that don't answer at all. In one case, David didn't know much about my case, as David dropped in to represent me in court. A few minutes before the filing of the charges (after David and four hours sitting in the court), he looked at my papers and said: "Is that your BAC? I'll go back and tell you what's going on a week later." After a month, I've been repeatedly asked what happened, so I didn't hear anything until I was back in court. And at the trial and the trial of the following month, David had never met the man he said seven weeks ago. Two months ago, we clearly found ourselves guilty. David represented me. He was going to stand in court for another customer anyway. It was not very much to me against them to claim guilty. David seemed to have seen nothing of my case until that day. After a year of limited support and continuation, due to legal fees and days of wage loss, it may have been better to first admit guilt.

Update: Reading this review, Annie invited me to talk. Now that this case has been resolved, it is too late to show interest and interest. I said that I was dissatisfied with that contact many times.

David is an excellent lawyer and even better than that.
