Especialities

I am a lawyer focused on residential real estate. Whether or not I have a real estate agent, I regularly help people buy and sell houses. I also support a variety of legal issues common to residential properties, such as land role contracts, border conflicts, and claims for compensation if the contract fails. In addition, in conjunction with real estate companies, they help people who sell and buy houses.

I graduated from the UW Law Department in 1999.   Before becoming a law student, I was a public high school teacher in New York City and Chicago. After entering the  Bar, I first worked to protect the healthcare organization against malpractice.   After a brief assignment as an in-house lawyer with a large local medical institution, I decided to return to the private practice of law in 2005.   Since then, I have helped with issues related to buying, selling, and owning clients.

Craig, a great lawyer and broker, knows about the laws and institutions dealing with Seattle's residential and commercial properties. raincityguide(raincityguide.com/author...) is a famous public resource.  Property information in the northwest. I learned a lot from the articles he wrote for years. When the seller was in a difficult situation to refuse to return the deposit, Craig knew whether he could not save us or not nobody else could help us.  To explain a little bit about how tenacious this is: We got the most out of the box, reduced the large deposit, and the funds from our brokers and buyers' agents ran out ...    We interviewed many lawyers before choosing him as their representative. But Craig was the only one who quickly found an important fact in the contract. After that, he carefully studied property records, contracts and laws. He was very clever, with amazing attention and memory to the details. Craig succeeded in establishing a firm strategy with facts that both sides missed. The strategy was a powerful punch that enabled us to recover our serious money in just a few days when we hired him. After months of hardship, we finally had a comfortable breathing. I appreciate his skill in the law.

Finally, when I met a competent legal expert like Craig, I must speak honestly of your case without a silent claim and tell you how much I believed in human nature. I have dealt with many lawyers in various ways in the past. One difficulty I got was that the hourly pay of the contract was not significant. Compare the time the lawyer charged to the real time spent in the lawsuit. Looking at the billable hours the lawyer has requested, comparing with the services received, "Really? That's all?"When Craig compares the work he has done to us with the time he has demanded, it shows not only rationality, but also sincerity and true professionalism.  Thank you for becoming a legal wizard with a true heart to his customers!

When I bought a house in West Seattle, Craig Blackmon helped us in many ways. He not only succeeded in our purchase negotiations, but also identified many contractual problems with many real estate. We have seen many problems from seizure to location, but he conveyed our decision at every stage and as a result we have a highly competitive house. We are in the middle of a stressful market. He is reliable, intelligent, and always asks his customers for the right action.

I recently used Craig's services in the real estate issue and was impressed by Craig's professionalism. He gave us clear, accurate, and penetrating advice, and in a frank and courteous manner, and was perfectly transparent in his reward.

Craig helped me buy my first house on Martha. He will tell you exactly what he thinks most wise. He is very frank and I trust him completely. He considers the details that are easy to handle, easy to obtain, thorough and unexpected. I always use Craig for future real estate transactions.

During the prolonged and difficult FSBO real estate trading, Craig was always "on the ball." His advice and cool and cool attitude saved us from trouble many times. I recommend his services to those involved in housing real estate transactions.

Be careful. To remember, he is a lawyer first and to make money. He is good if you give him a lot of money. But if you're lucky, I'll hold the money tightly and don't care about your own affairs. This stupid man was always fighting with me.  I did all the work. He was accused of email by me...Take sides with the arch housing! When he wanted to break the law and bring Arch Housing to justice, he basically said that I'll lose and I don't want to.

Craig did a great job on our behalf on the legal issue of buying our first house. He had a clear explanation and no hidden charges or tricks. He always picked up the phone. And no matter how many times we asked him, he answered them and his communication was really wonderful. I strongly recommend him. He is kind and polite.

Craig helped me a lot in the process of buying my first house.  If it's easy to find your own home and choose what you want to buy, working with a lawyer costs too much.  There is also a certain advantage of hiring an attorney instead of an agent (for example, when considering contract terms).  Finally, Mr. Craig is in the industry for a while, and I would like to offer some secret advice about talking with other brokers.

When you sell, the seller's agent adds a lot of value, so you don't want to hire a broker.  But I always work with Craig when I buy a house again.
