He hired Brad again, and decided that he could not believe any more.

I rented a small room with no ventilation, and even though I had to pay the electricity bill, it was difficult to get the company to do it.

Brad examined and walked with me. I'm not good at court, and I don't understand the law well. In the arbitration I was foolish to say, obscuring my case, Brad was able to paint clearly for the judge, and I got half the rent when I lived in that house. Amazing.

A super good guy who gave free advice over the phone.  Instead of using his service, he told me to do a small billing.  It's refreshing to meet someone as honest as me!

I called Brad and discussed the potential demands of contractors who worked at home. He advised me to go through the financial district and go to the route of a small courthouse. I appreciate his honesty. Call me again.

Mr. Cogut (a landlord and a tenant) has not yet made any requests, so I cannot say that I have done my job, but I was deeply moved by his expertise, his candor and his willingness to ask for help in holding a meeting in the hope of the next case.
I have the feeling that he can't do anything, that his assistant hangs up on me and that he gives me a concise and correct answer - that I will ask if I have any other questions, and that I will call him again freely!  He is a model of a lawyer.  

In my experience, he gave me honest, knowledgeable, realistic legal advice.  When I was unhappy that my problem could not be solved without a lawyer, I was glad to keep him as a lawyer, and eagerly.
