I hired Mr. Fánchez and gave her a high retainer. At first she revoked my judgment and claimed that she would receive the fees paid back by the party who originally made the false judgment. The problem was that the court was in Oregon and Fánchez was unqualified to act on the law. So her last recommendation was to leave a lawyer who was allowed to practice at OR. As a result of this effort, I paid her $3,000 to Fánchez, her retainer. I asked her to deduct my fee and let me know that the OR lawyer needs help with this matter in the maximum amount of time that can be claimed. She refused. I noticed that she was a wild magnate and should not have been employed in the back. She is the only practitioner who can hardly hear the sound on the water. I feel cheated. Don't employ this woman according to my advice. There are many moral and information-based lawyers.
