Man accused of peering under Seattle University restroom stall held on $75,000 bail - MyNorthwest
Prosecutors alleged Karl George Allman, 42, looked beneath a restroom stall partition at a woman inside the women’s restroom at Seattle University. Karl George Allman, 42, is charged with first-degree voyeurism for allegedly peering under a restroom stall partition at a woman in a women's restroom at Seattle University’s Lemieux Library on Oct. 15. A witness reported seeing a shirtless man lying on the bathroom floor and looking under the partition toward the occupied stall. Allman was detained by security and later arrested by Seattle police. Prosecutors requested $75,000 bail, arguing that Allman poses a risk to the community and are seeking a sexual assault protection order for the alleged victim, no-contact orders involving a witness and Seattle University if he posts bail. Allmann is scheduled to be arraigned on October 27 in King County Superior Court.
