Scenes from the Seattle Dragon Boat Festival on Lake Union
A sunny Saturday on Lake Union was the perfect setting for the Seattle Dragon Boat Festival. The community gathered at South Lake Union Park for a day of Dragon Boat Races, cultural performances, camaraderie, food trucks and fun. The event ran from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with special activities on water and on land, including performances from the International Lion Dance Team, Graceland Manila and a special ceremony for cancer survivors.
