Seattle weather: Great fall Friday afternoon, highs in the 50s with sunshine
A few areas of morning clouds and fog, but more sunshine is in store for Friday. Seattle will see temperatures in the 50s on Friday afternoon, with temperatures expected to remain around seasonal average and with plenty of sun throughout the day. However, temperatures will start to get cooler into the weekend, with highs expected to peak in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Saturday will be mostly cloudy due to a low pressure system offshore, with evening shower chances increasing along the coast, moving inland through the overnight hours. Shower chances are expected to increase Sunday as the system moves further south, with the most likely being in the Pacific coast. Some forecast models are trending drier for most of the area while others are bringing rain through the Puget Sound through the afternoon.
